Unlike others who try to work on everything, Final Graphic specializes only on Multilingual DTP. Rather than offering less than impressive work on many fields, we focus our resources on delivering the best quality possible in Mutlingual DTP. This makes us a perfect partner for translation agencies and companies who wish to produce material intended for an international market. We will not compete with our clients for the same projects, but will provide support to acquire the project and help complete the project accurately and on-time.

Advice. We begin our support by offering expert advice on managing projects.

Quotes. We know there is a lot of competition for a single project.
We therefore offer the quickest quotes available on the DTP portion of your project.

Extraction. This is followed by a through Trados/SDLX and manual extraction of text. Of course, this includes Pretranslations and Analysis. We don't rely only on software for extraction but will manually extract words within images and hidden layers that a program will normally not extract. In this way, you can be assured our extraction is complete and accurate.

Evaluation. Once we receive a file, we will evaluate it and report to you any missing fonts, images or abnormalities that may cause a problem down the line. In this way we can advance on a project while issues are resolved instead of stopping a project while waiting for a missing piece. When your project enters production, it will be handled by experienced professionals who know exactly what to do.

QA. We then perform our own internal QA and, if needed, correct any issues. Our work doesn't end there. We will follow the project through to completion. We will make any correction you or your client indicates. The first round will be free of charge and will charge a small fee for language or preferential changes.

Package. We will then create print-ready PDFs, package, compress
(.sit or .zip as required) and upload the document for you in our ftp server, your server or your client.
